Terms and conditions

Dolce D tries to inform you about the goods as good as possible. When the article does not come up to the expectations, it is possible to return the article for exchange, however there are conditions.

Articles which are reduces for 35% or more cannot be returned.

Articles must reach us within fourteen (14) working days for the date of dispatch and be in the condition (sealed) in which they were sent. The following articles are non exchangeable or refundable:

1.    been weared or washed

2.    one have tried to repair an defect

3.    For personal hygiene briefs, thongs, (thong)body’s or articles which have contact with parts of the human body that can give discharge, as mentioned on the site of the government with regards to webshops.

Conditions returns

In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods for exchange they must reach us within fourteen (14) working days from the date of despatch and be in the condition in which they were sent. First you have to mention via email what and why you want to return or exchange.

Costs of return (registered mail) are for the customer, only different when it is agreed with Dolce D depending the complaint. At all times the return had to be fully prepaid, underpaid return are rejected.

The announcing as well as receipt of the return will be confirmed by email. The amount of return will be given as a credit note, which will valid for one year.

Complaint about an article or the delivery

We request you to explain in great detail within two days after receipt by phone (tuesday - saturday between 12.00 and 17.00 hour(+316 83590273)) or by email (info@dolce-d.nl)

Why a credit note

When you return one of more articles you will receive a credit note which will valid for one year after issue date.

Articles, which mentioned on our web shop, are mostly in stock. By giving a credit note for returns we want to achieve that customers carefully consider before purchase. By doing so we want to prevent that customers unnecessary take procession of the stock, by which choices for you are restricted and the costs will increase, as a result of increasing the prices for the articles. That is for the customer a disadvantage.

Why costs of return for the customer

We understand that double costs are no joke. However we cannot afford to deal with the total costs, because of the margin of the body fashion. When we should take care of all the costs, the outcome will be that there will be more ordered and more be returned. Consequence will be more out of stock, more administration and of course more costs, so we have to increase the prices.

Next to a lot of sizes and stock the foundation of the success of Dolce D is the body fashion of high quality, reliability and of course good old-fashion service.
